Wrong Password
Re-type slowly, check Caps Lock and keyboard language, and clear any autofilled value first. Not sure? Go straight to Forgot Password rather than guessing — repeated failures can lock the account temporarily.
The standard email/phone + password route takes under a minute.
Type the official address yourself or use your saved bookmark. Never sign in through links from WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS — fake login pages are the biggest risk to your account.
The button sits in the top corner of the site. Tap or click it to open the sign-in form.
Use the same email address or mobile number (with +91 code) you registered with, plus your password. Watch for Caps Lock, extra spaces and outdated browser autofill.
If a one-time code or security check appears, follow the on-screen instructions. This is normal on new devices.
Accepted credentials take you straight to your account — balance, games, sportsbook and cashier.
On a shared or public device, never save the password and always log out after playing.
Depending on your region and the current platform version, the login screen may show social sign-in options such as Google or Telegram. Two things to remember: social login generally works only when that social account is already connected to your 1Win profile, and you should only use options actually displayed on the legitimate platform. If a social option is missing, it may simply not be available for your account or region — use your normal method instead. Never enter your 1Win password on a third-party social page.
Never share a reset link or code with anyone — including anyone claiming to be support staff.
A few habits prevent nearly all account-takeover cases: use a unique password not shared with your email or any other site, never send your password or OTP to anyone — no genuine support agent will ask — avoid saving credentials on shared or office computers, and reach the login page by typing the address yourself rather than tapping links from messages. If you receive a login alert you don't recognise, change your password immediately and contact official support.
Where 2FA is available for your account, enable it from the Security or Settings area after logging in. It adds a one-time code step to every login, so a stolen password alone cannot open your account. Store any backup codes safely and test the setting once after enabling it.

Temporary locks usually follow repeated failed attempts or a security flag. Wait 15–30 minutes, complete any verification requested by email/SMS, then try again. If the lock persists, contact official support from the official website with your registered details ready — never share your password or OTP.
Test another website to rule out your connection, refresh, try an incognito window or another browser, clear the cache, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If everything else loads fine, wait — it may be a temporary service issue. Do not hunt for random "mirror" links; unofficial copies are phishing traps.
